Contact form

When you use the contact form, your first name, last name, email address and message are stored and emailed to info@lucifernum-film.be. They are used solely to answer your enquiry and are never shared with third parties. Messages are kept for at most 12 months.

Order and payment

To rent the film we ask for your email address. After payment you will receive a personal access link, valid for 72 hours.

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. Your payment details (such as card or bank details) are handled by Mollie and never reach us. We only store your email address, order details and payment status. See Mollie’s privacy policy for more information.

Access to the film

Your personal access link is valid for 72 hours. Afterwards the access data is disabled.

IP geolocation (geoblocking)

The film is currently selected for a film festival. To comply with the screening conditions, we check the country belonging to your IP address via the country.is service. This is based on our legitimate interest: honouring our agreements with the festival. Your IP address is not stored and is not shared beyond this service. This check will be removed after the festival period.

Vimeo

The trailer and the film are streamed via Vimeo. When you play them, Vimeo may process technical data (such as your IP address). See Vimeo’s privacy policy for more information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Email info@lucifernum-film.be for any request.
